Last updated: [August 2025]

This document describes how T&M Israel Ltd. (together with its affiliated companies – ” T&M“, “we“, “us“, “our“) collects, processes, and shares personal information (“information”) about job applicants at T&M.

This policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but applies to all genders. Please read this privacy notice carefully to ensure that you understand it and agree to its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this notice, please refrain from providing us with your personal information. It is clarified that you are not legally obligated to provide us with personal information. However, if you choose not to provide us with certain information required for your job application with us, we may not be able to process your application or consider your candidacy for the relevant position.

1. What information do we collect, how do we collect it, and how will we use it?

As part of your job application to T&M and its evaluation processes, you may provide us with information about yourself (or we may otherwise gain access to it). This information may include identifying details and documents, contact information, a resume and all information contained therein, information found on social networks, and the like. For work in the security field, we may also collect information about your military service and a license to carry a weapon, and approval from the Israel Police as required by law. For work in medical institutions, we may collect information about vaccinations and a certificate of no convictions for sex offenses.

We may collect this information directly from you as part of the application and/or recruitment process or from other sources, such as recruitment and staffing companies, background check companies (to the extent permitted by law), government agencies, references, and the like.

We may use personal information to evaluate your candidacy, including your suitability for the position for which you applied, as well as for other positions with us if we believe your skills are suitable for them, and of course, to contact you regarding your application and the recruitment process.

We may also use this information for risk management and security purposes, preventing impersonation, and creating aggregated, statistical, or non-identifiable information, which we will use to manage and improve our recruitment processes. In addition, we may use personal information about applicants in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including statutory or regulatory requirements. If we wish to perform additional actions involving the processing of your personal information not specified in this document, we will request your specific consent for this.

2. Where do we store the information?

Your personal information will be held, processed, and stored by T&M on our storage servers in Israel, and by our service providers (as defined in Section 5) who may hold or gain access to the information in order to provide certain services – both within the borders of the State of Israel and in other countries, all in accordance with legal requirements.

While different countries have different privacy laws, T&M and its service providers, who process personal information on its behalf and for it, are committed to protecting personal information and processing it in accordance with this privacy notice, market-accepted standards, and legal and contractual mechanisms that require proper safeguarding of personal information – even if in a particular area to which your personal information is transferred, there are laws or rules that provide less protection for the information.

3. How long will we retain personal information?

We may retain personal information about applicants even after the application is submitted or the recruitment process is closed. We will do so to re-evaluate the applicant’s suitability for other positions with us. If, at the end of the recruitment process, we decide to employ an applicant for a position at T&M, we will retain the information for additional purposes related to their employment and other related business purposes of T&M; and as reasonably required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent impersonation and misuse, and enforce our agreements.

4. How do we secure personal information?

T&M has implemented security measures aimed at protecting the personal information we hold, including physical, organizational, procedural, and electronic measures. These measures are designed to provide information protection at a market-accepted level. However, it is important for you to know that despite the adoption and implementation of these or other security measures and our efforts to protect and safeguard personal information in our possession, we cannot and indeed do not guarantee you that absolute protection and security will be provided for personal information held by us.

5. Which parties will have access to personal information?

We will share personal information with certain service providers who provide us with services that complement, enable, or improve our own – for example, recruitment and staffing companies that referred your application to us, applicant assessment centers, recruitment software providers, background check service providers, information security service providers, data analytics, and with external advisors such as legal, financial, and compliance advisors (all together – “Service Providers”). Service Providers may receive personal information about applicants or limited access to this information depending on the service each of them provides to us and their role in supporting our recruitment processes, and accordingly, will use the information solely for that specific purpose.

In addition, we may disclose or grant access to personal information in accordance with a legal requirement applicable to us (e.g., a search warrant, subpoena, or court order) or for compliance with legal provisions applicable to us, with or without prior notice to you, if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law, or if we believe that the disclosure of personal information is necessary in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take any action regarding activity suspected of being illegal, preventing impersonation, or any other prohibited activity.

Furthermore, we may provide information about you to other parties, without prior notice, if we believe in good faith that doing so will help protect our rights, personal safety, or property, that of our employees, our service providers, our customers, visitors to our websites, or any other person or entity.

Finally, we may disclose personal information with the various T&M companies that are part of our group of companies for the purposes described above. Also, if any change in control of T&M occurs, including through mergers, acquisitions, or any other means, we may share personal information with the parties involved in such change.

6. How do we use cookies and other information collection technologies?

T&M uses technologies for monitoring and collecting information such as “Cookies” and similar means, including those used by our Service Providers. We use these technologies to maintain, provide, and improve our ongoing processes and activities, and to provide a better experience for users (including applicants) on our website.

For example, these technologies help us secure our website and services, detect unusual behavior, technical problems, and monitor and improve the performance of our services in general. To delete or block Cookies, please go to the “Help” section of your browser and refer to the appropriate instructions or use Third-Party Add-ons that offer tools for managing Cookies. For example, you can instruct your browser by changing its settings not to accept Cookies or to notify you before accepting them.

7. How can you access your information or request its correction?

If you wish to exercise your rights granted to you under applicable law, for example, to access, change, or correct your personal information, or to exercise any other similar right you are entitled to as a data subject under the applicable law, please contact us by email at privacy.tm@tmprotection.co.il, and we will do our best to respond to you within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity and process your request. The aforementioned additional information will be retained by us for legal purposes (e.g., for proving the identity of the applicant), in accordance with Section 3 above.

Furthermore, it is important for us that you know that the rights granted to you by law are not absolute. There may be situations where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide you with some or all of the requested information. If we are unable to comply with your request as stated, we will inform you of the reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law or regulatory restrictions.
