Our way.

With thousands of customers, thousands of employees, and hundreds of service sites, the T&M Israel group comes into direct contact with tens of thousands of people daily. Activity of such a scope has the potential to influence the lives and daily routines of many citizens in Israel, for better or for worse. We understand that such influence comes with responsibility – at the very least, responsibility to prevent unnecessary harm to individuals, society, and the environment. T&M Israel emphasizes the development of corporate responsibility and adherence to advanced global standards: taking initiative and using its strong influence for good, instead of merely preventing harm and minimizing damage. The values of corporate responsibility are embedded at all levels – in labor relations, in the business sphere, and in the communities adjacent to the group's activities.

In the organization

The group's management works to create a heterogeneous and diverse employee community, a community whose employees enjoy respectful, fair, and among the best salary conditions and work environment in the industry. The group operates internal audit systems to examine employee-manager relations and leads a reporting policy to designated bodies to enable discrete and effective handling of instances of discrimination, harassment, and violation of rights.

In business

T&M Israel is committed to transparent and fair business activity with its customers, suppliers, and business partners. Over the years, the group has built a reputation as a reliable service provider, honoring commitments and looking after the interests of its customers. Ethical conduct contributes to creating a fair business environment in which T&M, its customers, partners, and even its competitors can thrive.

In the community and environment

The group promotes and participates in projects for the community and invites associations and organizations to approach it with various ideas. Some of the projects are initiated proactively by T&M, and some stem from employee involvement in their communities or from requests from communities adjacent to the group. Furthermore, T&M Israel emphasizes green conduct and sustainability in all its branches and at the company headquarters.
