T&M Israel Ltd. (together with its affiliated companies – “T&M”,“the Group” or “we”) is a group of companies operating in four areas: guarding and security, cyber protection, control center and electronic security systems, and cleaning and maintenance (“the Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and share personal data (“Personal Data”) about users (“you”) who visit our website at www.tmprotection.co.il (“the Website”).

Continued use of the Website means that you have consented to the processing of your Personal Data by T&M and its service providers for the purposes and in the manner detailed in this Privacy Policy.

For the avoidance of doubt, you are under no legal obligation to provide us with any Personal Data and you do so voluntarily. Accordingly, if you do not agree to such processing – please refrain from using the Website.

1. What Personal Data do we collect?

  • Personal Data collected or generated automatically: When you visit the Website, we may collect certain technical details about you or about the device and application through which you accessed it. We collect or generate these details independently, through our Services or with the assistance of third parties that provide us with services (as detailed in Section 3), including through the use of “cookies” and other  tracking technologies (as detailed in Section 4).
    Depending on the circumstances and the Personal Data you have made available to us, such details may include location data, connectivity data, technical and usage data; IP addresses, wireless networks, cellular antennas and Wi-Fi access points; non-identifying data regarding the device, operating system and browser through which you accessed the Website; and activity, communication and performance logs, including regarding malfunctions or “bugs” you experienced while visiting the Website.
  • Personal Data you provide to us: If you choose to do so during your visit to the Website, you may provide us with certain Personal Data through the contact page on the Website. Such Personal Data may include your name, your contact details (telephone and/or email address), and any Personal Data you choose to include in the message content.

Please note that Personal Data regarding job candidates will be collected and processed in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Policy.

2. For what purposes is the Personal Data collected?

We collect and use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • Operation and maintenance of the Website;
  • Development and improvement of the Website and personalization of your browsing experience and that of others, based on preferences, experiences and common or specific issues;
  • Contacting you at your request;
  • Production and display of advertisements and marketing content, including contextual, behavioral and interest-based advertising, based on users’ activity on the Website, their preferences and other data available to us or to our business partners;
  • Creating insights related to our customers, users and target audiences, which enable us to optimize and improve our marketing and advertising activities, and our services and products;

3. With whom may we share the Personal Data?

For the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy and as described below, we may disclose Personal Data about you to certain third parties, including enforcement and supervisory authorities, service providers, and other companies within the Group.

  • Regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies: We may disclose Personal Data to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies or grant them access thereto, if we believe in good faith: (a) that we are legally required to do so (for example, pursuant to a court order); (b) that such disclosure is necessary for the investigation, prevention or addressing of unlawful activities or other suspected or known wrongdoing.
  • Service providers: T&M engages external companies outside the Group to perform services that complement its own Services. These may include server hosting services, content delivery networks (CDNs), information and cyber security, fraud detection and prevention, data monitoring and analysis, marketing and sales providers, and our business, legal and financial advisors (collectively: “Service Providers”). T&M’s Service Providers may be granted access to your Personal Data, according to their role, the service they provide and the specific purpose for which we engaged them, and they will be permitted to use such Personal Data solely for these purposes.
  • Third-party websites: The Website may include links to third-party websites and services they offer, such as a business partner of T&M or any other entity whose website link may appear on the Group’s Website. Such external websites and any Personal Data about you that may be provided to or processed through them are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those websites, and not to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies and terms of use of those websites and external entities.
  • Protection of rights and safety: We may disclose Personal Data about you to other parties if we believe in good faith that such disclosure will help protect the rights, personal safety or property of T&M, the Group’s employees, its Service Providers, its customers, Website visitors, or any other person or entity.
  • Companies within the T&M Group: We may share Personal Data internally among Group companies for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. In addition, if any change occurs in the ownership or control of the Group or any of its companies, including as a result of investment, merger or acquisition of its assets, the Group may share Personal Data about you with the parties involved in such an event, to the extent reasonably required in that context. If we believe that such sharing may materially affect your privacy with respect to the Personal Data stored with us, we will notify you thereof and of your options in relation thereto by means of a prominent notice on the Website.

For the avoidance of doubt, we may share and disclose Personal Data about you in additional ways, subject to your explicit consent, or if we are required to do so by law, or if we have anonymized the Personal Data in a manner that does not enable your identification by reasonable means, even indirectly.

4. How do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

A “Cookie” is a small text file stored on your computer or mobile phone browser when you visit websites. Certain Cookies are deleted when you leave the Website (these are called “session cookies”), while others remain for longer periods (these are called “persistent cookies”). We use both types.

The Website uses Cookies, anonymous identifiers and other tracking technologies to help us operate, secure and improve the operation of our Website, personalize your browsing experience, and monitor and analyze our ongoing activity and that of Website users for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.

6. How do we protect the Personal Data?

We implement physical, technological and organizational security measures in accordance with industry-standard Personal Data security practices, in order to protect the Personal Data stored with us and with our Service Providers.

However, it is important to be aware that regardless of the security measures implemented, no Personal Data can currently be secured absolutely, and accordingly, T&M cannot guarantee that the Website will be immune from any malfunction, breach, intrusion or any other misuse.

7. How can you exercise your rights in relation to the Personal Data?

Subject to data protection laws that apply to you (if any), you may request to review the Personal Data about you that is stored with us, and where appropriate request to correct such Personal Data, by contacting us at privacy.tm@tmprotection.co.il. If necessary, we may request additional details and documents from you in order to verify your identity and ensure that such Personal Data is disclosed only to the person to whom it relates.

8. Updates and Contact

Updates and amendments: This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time by posting an amended version on the Website. The amended version will take effect as of its publication date. If we believe that such update or amendment includes any material changes, prior notice will be provided on the Website or by other communication means available to us. After such period, all amendments will be deemed accepted by you.
