T&M Israel Ltd. (together with its affiliated companies – “T&M”,“the Group” or “we”) is a group of companies operating in four areas: guarding and security, cyber protection, control center and electronic security systems, and cleaning and maintenance (“the Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and share personal data (“Personal Data”) about users (“you”) who visit our website at www.tmprotection.co.il (“the Website”).

1. What Personal Data do we collect?
- Personal Data collected or generated automatically: When you visit the Website, we may collect certain technical details about you or about the device and application through which you accessed it. We collect or generate these details independently, through our Services or with the assistance of third parties that provide us with services (as detailed in Section 3), including through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies (as detailed in Section 4).

2. For what purposes is the Personal Data collected?

- Service providers: T&M engages external companies outside the Group to perform services that complement its own Services. These may include server hosting services, content delivery networks (CDNs), information and cyber security, fraud detection and prevention, data monitoring and analysis, marketing and sales providers, and our business, legal and financial advisors (collectively: “Service Providers”). T&M’s Service Providers may be granted access to your Personal Data, according to their role, the service they provide and the specific purpose for which we engaged them, and they will be permitted to use such Personal Data solely for these purposes.
- Third-party websites: The Website may include links to third-party websites and services they offer, such as a business partner of T&M or any other entity whose website link may appear on the Group’s Website. Such external websites and any Personal Data about you that may be provided to or processed through them are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those websites, and not to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies and terms of use of those websites and external entities.
- Protection of rights and safety: We may disclose Personal Data about you to other parties if we believe in good faith that such disclosure will help protect the rights, personal safety or property of T&M, the Group’s employees, its Service Providers, its customers, Website visitors, or any other person or entity.
- Companies within the T&M Group: We may share Personal Data internally among Group companies for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. In addition, if any change occurs in the ownership or control of the Group or any of its companies, including as a result of investment, merger or acquisition of its assets, the Group may share Personal Data about you with the parties involved in such an event, to the extent reasonably required in that context. If we believe that such sharing may materially affect your privacy with respect to the Personal Data stored with us, we will notify you thereof and of your options in relation thereto by means of a prominent notice on the Website.
For the avoidance of doubt, we may share and disclose Personal Data about you in additional ways, subject to your explicit consent, or if we are required to do so by law, or if we have anonymized the Personal Data in a manner that does not enable your identification by reasonable means, even indirectly.
4. How do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We implement physical, technological and organizational security measures in accordance with industry-standard Personal Data security practices, in order to protect the Personal Data stored with us and with our Service Providers.
However, it is important to be aware that regardless of the security measures implemented, no Personal Data can currently be secured absolutely, and accordingly, T&M cannot guarantee that the Website will be immune from any malfunction, breach, intrusion or any other misuse.
7. How can you exercise your rights in relation to the Personal Data?

8. Updates and Contact
Updates and amendments: This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time by posting an amended version on the Website. The amended version will take effect as of its publication date. If we believe that such update or amendment includes any material changes, prior notice will be provided on the Website or by other communication means available to us. After such period, all amendments will be deemed accepted by you.
