Monitoring Center and Patrol Services

The national operations center of the Monitoring & Protection Division continuously monitors the alarm and security systems of thousands of clients nationwide. The center is equipped with advanced technological tools that enable immediate and secure communication with patrol teams—for guidance and supervision during routine operations and for managing responses during emergencies.
In the event of a real incident, trained patrol teams are dispatched to the field, and when necessary, the center activates the Israel Police and emergency forces based on incoming field data. The center is approved by the Israel Police as a Level A operational control center.
