Terms and Conditions of Use – T&M Website
T&M Group (hereinafter: “T&M”) is a nationwide company engaged in security and guarding services, cleaning, building management, manpower, and outsourcing services. T&M operates several branches throughout the country. The website contains information about the services that T&M provides (“the Services”) as well as a job board with a variety of positions for users seeking employment (“the Job Board”).
Use of the T&M Group website, including the content and services offered therein, located at https://tmprotection.co.il, is subject to these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy detailed in this document. Any reference in the masculine form also refers to the feminine, and vice versa.
By entering the website, you undertake that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and that you agree to the provisions included therein, including use of the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to use of the website and the content contained therein through any computer or other communication device (such as a mobile phone, tablet devices, and the like). They also apply to use of the website, whether via the Internet or via any other network or communication means.
Browsing the website is intended for all ages; any action on the website by a minor under the age of 18 requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If it is determined that a provision in these Terms is unenforceable or invalid for any reason, this shall not affect or impair the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.

The website enables receipt of information about the T&M Group and the services it provides, as well as contacting the group’s branches operating throughout the country.
The group reserves the right to change, amend, reduce, expand, or discontinue any content or services available through the website, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
Browsing the Website:
Browsing and viewing the website do not require registration, and it is open to any user.
T&M may prevent any user from using the website at its absolute discretion. Without derogating from the above, T&M may block access in any of the following cases:
If, when leaving details on the website, false details were intentionally provided;
If the website is used to carry out or attempt to carry out an unlawful act under the laws of the State of Israel, or an act that appears on its face to be unlawful, or to enable, facilitate, assist, or encourage the performance of such an act;
If these Terms of Use are violated;
If the website is used for the purpose of competing with the website;
If any action is taken by a user that prevents others from browsing and using the website in any way.ֿ
The Services, Content, and Job Board Displayed on the Website:
The services offered by the company, the content, and the jobs on the Job Board will appear and be displayed on the website pages.
In order to use the company’s services, details must be left on the website, and a company representative will contact the person leaving the details if their candidacy is relevant.
Submitting an application for a position displayed on the Job Board will be done by uploading a CV document by the user for the position selected. The CV document will be transferred to the company, and a company representative will contact the user if their candidacy is relevant.
The website is not obligated in any way to maintain any variety of services and/or content on the website and/or positions on the Job Board.
The website may at any time change the variety of services, content, and positions on the Job Board displayed on the website, replace them, reduce them, or add to them, without any prior notice or warning.
The manner of presentation of the services, content, and positions on the Job Board on the website is at the sole discretion of the website.
Limitation of Liability for Use of the Website:
T&M shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused to a user as a result of reliance on information appearing on the website and/or on links to other websites and/or any other internal and/or external source of information and/or use of the services presented by it.
The services and information on the website are provided “AS IS” and without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (to the extent permitted by applicable law). To the fullest extent permitted by law, T&M makes no representations and assumes no liability regarding infringement of rights or fitness for a particular purpose.
The company cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, delays, or errors. A number of factors may affect the quality of data transmission as well as the quality of use of the website and its proper operation, including the local network, firewall, Internet service provider, the Internet network, cellular service provider, power supply, and more. The company is not responsible for any interruption or delay caused by any malfunction or occurrence of any event beyond the company’s control.
T&M undertakes to comply with the provisions of any law regarding privacy protection and information security, including the Protection of Privacy Law, the regulations promulgated and to be promulgated pursuant thereto, and the guidelines of the Registrar of Databases.
In any event, T&M and related parties, including partners, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and the like, shall not be liable to you or any other entity, under any law, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether for direct, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of income or profit, financial loss, damage to reputation, loss of data, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, arising from or related in any way to the website, including your use of it or reliance upon it or any part thereof, or any malfunction, inaccuracy, omission, defect, security breach, or any failure in the performance and provision of the service by T&M.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T&M, and each of its managers, shareholders, officers, agents, contractors, partners, and employees, for any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, in connection with any of the following actions: (a) use of the website; (b) violation of these Terms of Use; (c) infringement of rights, including but not limited to, third party copyright, property, or privacy rights; (d) any claim by a third party for damage caused, including but not limited to, by content, information, or a link you created on the website; and (e) any content you publish or share through the website.
Nothing in the information appearing on the website shall be deemed a guarantee of any result and/or a guarantee of finding employment and/or responsibility for the manner of operation of the services offered therein.
The content on the website and in articles (if any) is not intended as a substitute for receiving individualized advice from a professional entity, and is not suitable for the specific circumstances of each and every case, and constitutes general information only, which does not constitute advice. Any action taken based on the information on the website is at the sole responsibility of the person taking such action.

Jurisdiction:

The courts in the Tel Aviv District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from and/or related to these Terms of Use.
Request for Removal and Sending Notices:
If content or works owned by you are displayed on the website in a manner that, in your opinion, infringes your copyright or violates your privacy or is offensive or defamatory, you are invited to contact a T&M representative with a request for removal at info@tmprotection.co.il, with a precise reference to the infringing content and attachment of proof thereof, as well as contact details, name, and identifying information. If the content is indeed found to be infringing, it will be removed by us and a notice will be sent to you.
